The MS Cross Country team had their first meet of the season Thursday after noon 9/18 at Seward Park in Seattle.

The Girls raced first setting the tone for the day. All the girls finished in the top 50 out of 105 runners. 7th grader Ela Gaeta looked great leading the Eagle girls and placing 20th with a time of 11:23. Grace came in next placing 33rd with a time of 12:25, Next was RyAnne, 5th grader, placing 43rd with a time of 12:54. Followed 6th grader Oli with a time of 13:01 paving her at 47th overall!

The boys ran great too! Both e 5th grade boys showed great effort as the ran in a large group for 165 boys. Kai crossed first with a time of 12:54 and Gideon came cross the finish line at 13:35! Boys ran so well!

Eagles Cross Country team represented well at the first meet! On to the next. Next meet Thursday at Lincoln Park!
